Faith Learning A Brighter Tomorrow

All programs

The earliest beginnings

Infants

A baby's first learning happens through caring relationships and everyday discovery. The focus is comfort, connection, and experiences matched to each child's readiness.

How children grow here

Four areas of growth

Thinking & discovery

Explore texture, sound, and simple cause and effect with age-appropriate toys.

Social & emotional growth

Build trust through responsive interactions and familiar routines.

Physical development

Practice reaching, grasping, and movement through supervised, age-appropriate floor play.

Language & communication

Hear songs, stories, and descriptions of everyday moments; respond through sounds and gestures.

A simple discovery: reaching for a soft toy encourages movement, attention, and a shared moment with a caregiver.

A closer look at this program

A gentle beginning, one discovery at a time

For infants, care and learning belong together. A familiar voice, a shared smile, and time to explore an interesting object help babies make sense of their world. Experiences are matched to readiness, with time for feeding, rest, comfort, and connection.

Connecting home and classroom

Talk during ordinary routines and pause to let your baby respond. Tell the teachers about a new interest, a comforting song, or a change in your baby's routine.

Let's talk during your tour

Ask about feeding plans, communication, rest routines, and how your baby's day is individualized.

What learning can look like

Sensory discovery

Offer age-appropriate objects with different textures, colors, and sounds. Describe what the baby touches and notices, allowing time for a response.

Books, songs, and conversation

Share sturdy picture books, sing familiar songs, and respond to babbling. These back-and-forth exchanges lay groundwork for listening and communication.

Movement and exploration

Provide supervised floor play appropriate to the baby's abilities. Reaching toward an object and transferring a toy between hands encourage coordination.

Responsive routines

Notice a baby's cues and talk with the family about feeding, rest, and comfort. Predictable, caring responses help an infant feel connected.

One activity. Many growing skills.

During a book moment, a caregiver points to a picture, names it, and pauses for the baby's look, gesture, or sound. That small exchange combines shared attention, language, and a caring relationship.
