A closer look at this program
Summer gives children time to explore interests beyond their usual school routine. A varied program can bring together hands-on projects, reading, creative expression, movement, and opportunities to connect with friends.
Ask your child what they would like to discover next. Continue a favorite book, creative project, or simple investigation together.
Ask about summer dates, age eligibility, daily hours, available spaces, and which activities are included in tuition.
Explore building, sorting, planning, and testing. Projects encourage children to ask questions, consider materials, and adapt when an idea does not work the first time.
Make room for art, storytelling, music, and imaginative activities. Children can make choices and share their work in different ways.
Practice welcoming others, cooperating, and solving problems as a group. Familiar routines help children feel part of the summer community.
Combine movement and games with quieter activities. Ask the center about the current seasonal schedule, age groups, and any separately arranged outings.
A shared mural begins with children discussing a theme, choosing colors, and planning their contributions. They practice creativity, communication, cooperation, and follow-through.
